Our most popular model, particularly with high resolution CDD users.
Everything has been considered to achieve optimised optical and mechanical excellence.The 250mm f6.3 model is for high resolution views and imaging of all subjects especially planets and the moon. Globular clusters are stunning along with double stars showing text book diffraction patterns.
We have developed the SPX range purely because of the tremendous number of experienced observers who have asked us to build custom high quality systems for them. We took all the features customers asked for and haveintegrated the most important ones in the SPX range.
We have spared nothing in achieving superlative performance. Image quality is both excellent and consistent, one aspect has been to utilise as small as possible a secondary mirror size to enable minimum obstruction without any undue reduction in field of view.
